Volunteers are the heart of our organization as we could not make CHANGE alone, but together we can CHANGE the world.
Time 4 Change currently has four committees that support the efforts of our mission. See the below descriptions to learn more about each and apply.
Public Relations & Communications
The Time 4 Change Public Relations and Communications Committee is responsible for marketing the Time 4 Change brand. The goal for this position is to advocate the goals and mission of our organization through the use of social media, monthly newsletters, and communications with external organizations.
Do you enjoy blogging/writing or you have a knack for graphic design? Do you have relationships with local media outlets? Our team is seeking individuals who can assist with our social media branding & content, newsletters, graphic design, market research, and community relations. If you’re interested in the above or want to develop/refine skill sets this committee is for you. Committee members should expect to spend an average 6-8 hours per month fulfilling committee duties.

Fundraising
The Time 4 Change Fundraising Committee is responsible for developing and implementing fundraising ideas for the organization. This committee communicates with organizations and external partners to raise funds for our programs and events.
If you enjoy grant writing, seeking partnerships for raising funds or fundraising, then this committee is for you.
Committee members should expect to spend an average of 4-6 hours per month fulfilling committee duties.

Programming
The Time 4 Change Program Committee is responsible for planning the organizations’ monthly meetings, and partnering with other committees to plan events in support of promoting the organization’s mission. The monthly meetings are designed to connect girls with various leaders and women in business through the Mentor4CHANGE Academy.
If you enjoy event planning and collaborating with others, then this committee is for you. Committee members should expect to spend an average of 6-8 hours per month fulfilling committee duties.

Structure & Development
The Time 4 Change Organizational Structure Committee is responsible for strategic planning to ensure efficient organizational structure that aligns with the goal, vision, and mission of the organization.
If enjoy conceptual thinking and researching/planning for the future, then this committee is for you. Committee members should expect to spend an average of 2-4 hours per month fulfilling committee duties.
