How CHANGE started...

Time 4 C.H.A.N.G.E. was founded by Michelle L. Wilson. Michelle had a vision to be an inspiration amongst family, peers and younger generations. She believes the youth are our future and has a passion for helping them develop their purpose and path. Michelle lives her life by Colossians 3:23-24, “And whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ.”

Michelle was born and raised in Beaufort, SC, where she attended all Beaufort County schools. While in grade school, she was a Duke Tip member in middle school and honor student throughout all her years. Being active and having a supportive mother really kept her going and striving to succeed. She managed to participate in sports and take on the role as a captain on many teams. While in the eleventh grade at Battery Creek High School, she decided to graduate early and get a head start on her career path. Michelle obtained both her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Accounting in May 2014 and her Master of Business Administration in August 2015 from Coastal Carolina University.

While at Coastal Carolina, Michelle was involved in several clubs and organizations, gaining 5 years of mentoring experience and collaboration efforts with various staff and offices at the University. Due to her academic achievement, she served as a Brown Scholar with the Wall College of Business, giving her the opportunity to teach Leadership and Life skills to the youth of Horry County.

Professionally, Michelle serves as an Accountant for Belk’s Corporate Office in Charlotte, NC. She is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated where she serves locally in Mecklenburg County. Michelle enjoys spending time with family and friends and traveling the world. Aside from her full-time job, she bakes with DoubleTrouble Treatz, an in-home bakery she started with a friend that specializes in alcohol infused treats.
