Five ways to stay motivated
1. Find your purpose ( Find your why! Once you find why you’re doing what you’re doing, it will give you more motivation to keep going at it. )
2. Surround yourself with positive and happy people ( If you’re around like-minded individuals that share the same or similar goals, it won’t be hard to achieve your goals. Who really wants to be around petty patty all day?
3. Journal/ calendar ( Weekly checkpoints to track your progress ) It’s okay if you don’t meet every goal every month as long as you’re working towards it, you WON!
4. Speak positive affirmations ( I use to have post it notes all over my closet + bathroom when I was in undergrad just to help me stay focus on graduation. Speak what you want into existence, write a positive affirmation, and say it every morning)
5. Find a mentor 💜 ( Mentors are a great asset to your professional and personal life. They can help keep you motivated! If you find a mentor that is in the profession you aspire to be in, they can definitely help in multiple ways.)
